SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern your receipt of text messages from Workmatix on behalf of the businesses that use our platform.

2. Message Types & Frequency

Messages may include appointment confirmations, booking reminders, scheduling updates, and service-related notifications. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the business and may include up to 10 messages per month.

3. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Workmatix does not charge for receiving messages, but your mobile carrier may apply standard messaging fees. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5. Help & Support

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@workmatix.ai. Help messages are exempt from quiet hours and will be responded to promptly.

6. Quiet Hours

Workmatix enforces quiet hours for outbound messaging. No promotional or automated messages will be sent between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM in your local time zone. Help responses are exempt from this restriction.

7. Data Privacy

Workmatix is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not store SMS message bodies. Only message metadata (delivery status, timestamps, template references) is retained for compliance purposes. Phone numbers are stored using secure hashing outside of their primary contact record. For more information, please review our privacy policy.

8. 10DLC Compliance

All businesses using Workmatix SMS capabilities are registered through the 10-digit long code (10DLC) program in compliance with carrier requirements. Messages are sent only from registered, approved business phone numbers.

9. Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carrier support is subject to change.

10. Changes to These Terms

Workmatix may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
